Ukraine
#1: DONATE
Boston Aide for Ukraine helps refugees and families displaced by violence and persecution by arranging for life-saving aide, such as medical supplies, food, bedding, and other essentials. BAFU provides immediate relief to the human suffering as well as bringing hope to the people of Ukraine as they work to rebuild their lives with unyielding courage.
“Yes Theory” and Adventurers 4 Change have come together with Team Ukraine Love to aid refugees in Poland displaced by the crisis in Ukraine. The project is “centered around finding out what people need, figuring out how to provide it, and then mobilizing these efforts as quickly as possible.”

We challenge you to do one thing every day this week for yourself — take a “stupid walk for your stupid mental health”, catch up with a friend, do a 15-step skincare routine — whatever fills up your cup.
#4: KEEP LEARNING
If you’re looking to get a deeper dive into the war in Ukraine, check out this two-part explainer series by our friends at “Girl and the Gov, The Podcast.” In Part 1, hosts Sammy and Maddie talk to Dr. Mai’a K. Davis Cross about relevant political context for the conflict, and in Part 2, they sit down with Dr. Margarita M. Balmaceda to discuss the situation from an economic perspective.
